| Bedell Expands With BVI, Singapore Offices |

International financial services provider Bedell Trust has announced plans to open
new offices in Singapore and the British Virgin Islands.
The move will see the company's British Virgin Islands legal team, based at
Bedell Cristin Jersey, establish a physical presence both in the BVI and Singapore,
in addition to continuing to service its European-based clients out of Jersey.
The BVI law team will also work closely with the Channel Islands offices in
the provision of multi-jurisdictional financial services solutions in relation
to clients in Asia.
Bedell Trust is also to form an affiliation with an established BVI corporate management services company
to support the provision of BVI corporate services to Bedell clients.
The company said that the developments "are central to the Bedell
strategy to provide multi-jurisdictional legal and fiduciary services in the
key locations where our international client base demands them”.
Bedell Managing Partner, Richard Gerwat, said: "Bedell recognises the
critical importance of the Asian economies to the growth of its business and
developing our BVI law capabilities [and establishing a presence in Singapore]
will complement our existing service capabilities and provide an excellent and
wider platform from which to service the growing Asian markets and the significant
global demand for BVI legal and corporate services."
